Can I return my order?

Please contact support@amberea.com before sending any item back. Because many AMBERÉA pieces are handmade, custom-style or personal-use items, returns are generally not accepted unless approved or defective.

How should I care for my pieces?

Keep press-on nails, hair accessories and jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals where appropriate. Store each piece carefully after use.
